You need immediate action for a project threatened with failure?
The initial steps in such cases:
- A project review (similar to an audit) is conducted to determine the exact status of the project as far as deadlines, costs and achievement to date are concerned. A SWOT analysis is also carried out. This information is the basis for drawing up a decision proposal with clear recommendations on whether the project should be continued or shelved.
- If the decision is taken in favour of continuing the project, a suitably adapted project management plan is prepared and the project reactivated.
